Now, the employees of "palagoshi" understand that only by doing can they have status and join the party organization. Last year, the company selected 58 top ten pacesetters and excellent employees, including 23 party members.

Yan Ningbo, head of the two new party building departments of the Organization Department of the municipal Party committee, who came to the enterprise to participate in the "two learning and one doing" mobilization meeting on the same day, told reporters that the party building effect of "pulagoshi" was obvious, explored the mode of joint party committee development joined by five small enterprises, realized better coverage of Party organizations, and walked out of a new interactive win-win way of "strong Party building and development".

According to the statistics of the Party committee, the total sales tax paid by the state was more than 1.5 billion yuan, an increase of more than 1.5 billion yuan last year.
