After the introduction of these machines, workers only need to place the woven products uniformly and hand over other work to the machines. Compared with the previous "one-to-one" production mode of machines and workers, now one worker can operate six machines at the same time.

Zhang Xianhong told reporters that the fully formed computerized horizontal loom has realized the automatic production of finished clothes. At present, it takes only 40 minutes to complete the production of an ordinary clothes and only 1 hour to complete the whole cashmere clothes, eliminating the complex process of manually sewing fabrics. Nearly 500 workshop workers of the enterprise use advanced equipment to make nearly 3.6 million clothes every year, with a total output value of 250 million yuan.

Using advanced equipment, "pulagoshi" has also integrated resources and gained a firm foothold in the market competition of textile enterprises. International brands such as "Jones" and "limited", which have maintained good cooperation with enterprises, have also increased orders. The orders of "Jones" this year increased from 300000 in previous years to 700000, and that of "limited" increased from 170000 to 330000.

Orders came one after another, so that the clothing enterprise located in Shuanglin town sold products covering the whole country and even the world. It has nearly 50 municipal stores in the country's first-class shopping malls, distributed in North China, Northeast China, central China and other places. The introduction of high technology has not only made the income of "pulagoshi" more and more popular, but also ranked first in the land and power output efficiency of Huzhou textile industry above the same scale in 2012.

"We plan to continue to expand production scale and make our own brands." Zhang Xianhong said that the company will continue to focus on scientific and technological innovation and promote the better development of textile brands in Nanxun and even the whole Huzhou.
